Introduction

Pmt-05 Medical packaging physical performance tester is a multi-functional integrated instrument developed for the physical performance test of medical materials. It can test the tightness of the body (the tightness of the prefilled syringe), the opening force of the aluminum-plastic bottle cap, the breaking force of the ampoule bottle, the puncture force of the rubber plug, the rigidity of the injection needle, the fastness to the needle holder, the stretching of the aluminum foil sheet, and the fixed force and positioning shift. The extension can also be tested for other projects. The instrument used in injection and infusion bottles aluminum cover, butyl rubber stopper, aluminum-plastic combination cover, polypropylene com- posite cover, thin film, composite membrane, medicinal aluminum foil, PVC plate, pre potting syringes, disposable syringes and other drug packag- ing materials, receiving bridge linking force, piercing force, smooth movement, opening force, tensile strength, thermal bonding strength, the body catheter godet friction test, etc.
