Mask respiratory resistance tester is used to measure respirator and face masks protective equipment under prescribed conditions of inspiratory resistance and expiratory resistance force. It is applicable to related testing and inspection of anti-smog mask products such as ordinary masks, dust masks, medical masks, etc. for national labor protection equipment inspection agencies and mask manufacturer.


Technical indicators:


1. The instrument consists of an air source that can adjust the flow rate, a human head mold specified in the standard, two tube systems for inhalation and exhalation, and respiratory resistance force measurement system, etc.

2. The flow sensor has high sensitivity and a very small starting flow.

3. The flow sensor chip adopts thermal mass flowmeter, without temperature and pressure compensation, to ensure the high precision measurement of the sensor.

The range of the flowmeter is 0L/min ~ 100L/min, and the accuracy is ±2%.

4. Multiple sensors are integrated on a single flow sensor chip, so that the range ratio of the sensor is greatly improved.

5. The zero point stability of the flow sensor is high, with full range high stability, with full range high accuracy and excellent repetition. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, low pressure loss and fast response speed.

6. The data recorder adopts a resolution of 128×64 graphic dot matrix LCD, all Chinese interfaces, easy to operate.

7. The data logger has 4M memory for recording measurement values.

8. Micropressure gauge sensor adopts two-wire system, high precision, good stability; the use of explosion-proof design is safe and reliable.

9. Micro pressure gauge sensor range, zero point outside continuous adjustable, adjustable damping, no mechanical moving part, less maintenance workload.

The measuring range of the micropressure gauge is -1000Pa ~ 1000Pa, and the accuracy is 1Pa.

10. The whole instrument adopts a special gas path conversion element, to ensure that the conversion of the two tube system of exhalation and inhalation is convenient and fast.
